WHAT YOU GET
Doula Service Package A
Consultation
2 x 1 - 2hr (virtual or in-person) visits to discuss birth planning support, resources
In-person support during late-stage labour & birth/ C-Section
Doula goes on-call for L&D from 2 weeks before EDD which includes 24/7 texting support. Accessible by phone for labour/ birth/delivery.
1 hr postpartum support immediately following the birth
1 check-in postpartum 2 hrs (at home or in-hospital, virtually)

2 - 3 check-ins postpartum 2 hrs each (at home,in-hospital, virtually) within first 6 weeks

WHAT YOU GET
General Doula Support
General doula support services or additional visits added on to package for the following doula services: (post-pregnancy termination support, pregnancy loss support, bereavement support)
Visits will be charged per hour, with a required minimum of 3 hours booked in total (These hours can be used separately or altogether). No overnight hours
Postpartum Doula Support(30 hours)
Regular Postpartum Doula Support Option. This is the best option for families who need more frequent postpartum Doula support. These hours can be split into multiple shifts. Minimum 3-hour bookings required. This option is only available for in-person support.
Postpartum Doula Support(9 hours)
Affordable & Short-term Doula Support Option. This is an affordable option that is also great for families who need 2 to 3 shifts. This option is available for both in-person OR virtual support. The 9 hours can be split up into multiple shifts. Minimum of a 3-hour bookings required for in-person support.
Daytime / Evening Support:
Postpartum Doula support services include 1 consultation before the baby is born to understand and plan your family’s needs. During our postpartum package, we are available for phone and text support when we are away from your home.
Support for Birthing Person:
Nia’s Postpartum Doulas provide feeding support & education, accompanying on outings if needed, emotional support that is unconditional and nonjudgmental.
Support for Newborn(s)/baby(ies):
Nia Doulas provide assistance with care, information and education on diapering, soothing techniques, and baby care so parents can sleep, relax, shower, or care for other children.
Family Support:
We support with meal prep, light housework, laundry, caring for other children, assistance with using & cleaning pumps, milk storage, and any other tasks you need support with to have a smoother transition to life with a new baby.

Doula Merchandise
Type of birthing pools available for 3-wk rentals. This service is available only within HRM. 3 week rentals beginning 2 weeks prior to EDD. This package includes delivery and pick-up, birth pool liner, filter and hose kit.
